Key Responsibilities

Safely operate pickup trucks and trailers to transit between properties
Operate commercial mowing equipment safely and professionally
Perform trimming and cleanup work
Follow daily production schedules
Maintain quality appearance standards
Work efficiently with crew members
Learn and assist with fueling, loading, and equipment maintenance
Represent the company professionally on customer properties

Requirements

Valid driver’s license a must
Dependable attendance
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
Lawn care experience preferred but not required

Our Performance Bonus System

Guaranteed Pay Stability

$16.00/hour guaranteed base pay for crew members
$18.00/hour guaranteed base pay for crew leaders
Guaranteed 45-hour work weeks during mowing season
Overtime included in weekly pay
Consistent weekly income even during slower weather periods

In addition to guaranteed hourly pay, crews participate in a weekly production bonus program.
